Everybody Loves Raymond

I love this television show - Ray cracks me up.  I think the casting director is brilliant - every single character could not have been played better by any one else.

One of my favorite episodes is about Ray.  After being bored with an evening out with his friends - and falling asleep while attending a book reading with Debra, he gets a bit confused.  Frank invites him to the Lodge and there is a scene where he is sitting in the sauna with "the guys" and they are all complaining about their aches and pains and Ray chimes right in.

Later in the show, he realizes he isn't exactly "old" like Frank and the Lodge buddies - nor is he still a kid and eventually in a fit of self-reflection yells out, "who am I, what do I do now, where do I belong?"

I feel this way all the time - do you?

I know who I am as a child of God - the almighty God, maker and creator of Heaven and Earth.  But sometimes, that is about it.
